Y ASÍ SE DECLARA. Visto igualmente las declaraciones rendidas por las testigos, ciudadanas: NORKA DEL VALLE PEINADO CEDEÑO y RAMONA JOSEFINA CAMPOS, anteriormente identificadas, quienes fueron hábiles y contestes en sus testimoniales cursantes a los folios seis (06) y siete (07) respectivamente, este Juzgado valora las declaraciones de las testigos anteriormente identificadas conforme a las reglas valorativas establecidas en el artículo 508 del Código de Procedimiento Civil y no habiendo oposición de terceros, este TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS ARAGUA, SIR ARTHUR MC-GREGOR Y SANTA ANA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ANZOATEGUI, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DE CONFORMIDAD CON LO DISPUESTO EN EL ARTICULO 937 DEL CÓDIGO DE PROCEDIMIENTO CIVIL, DECLARA DICHAS ACTUACIONES TITULO SUPLETORIO, suficiente para asegurarle el derecho de Propiedad que .....
