DECISIÓN: Por las razones de hecho y de derecho que anteceden, este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO JUAN ANTONIO SOTILLO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ANZOÁTEGUI, Administrando Justicia en Nombre de LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA CON LUGAR la demanda de COBRO DE HONORARIOS PROFESIONALES interpuesta por la ciudadana abogada MARÍA ROSA SABBAGH GANECH, contra el ciudadano GEORGES MOUCHTAK, todos identificados. En consecuencia, se condena a EL DEMANDADO a pagar a LA DEMANDANTE la cantidad de CUATRO MILLONES SEISCIENTOS MIL BOLÍVARES (Bs. 4.600.000,oo) por este concepto . Así se decide.
