Este TRIBUNAL CUARTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SIMÓN RODRÍGUEZ Y SAN JOSÉ DE GUANIPA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ANZOÁTEGUI, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, Declara CON LUGAR, la SOLICITUD DE DIVORCIO185-A, formulada por los ciudadanos, MARDELYS MARÍA YDROGO PRADO y GABRIEL ANTONIO RODRÍGUEZ GUERRA, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros: V-15.124.827 y V-15.127.260, respectivamente, con domicilio en la ciudad de San José de Guanipa, Municipio Guanipa, Estado Anzoátegui; y en consecuencia, declara DISUELTO el vínculo matrimonial que los unió. Agotada como se encuentra la vía de Jurisdicción Voluntaria, se ordena la ejecución del presente fallo.
